Do they deduct when you purchase a reward, like basic weapon? (pvp only)

Yes if you have 20 rp's and a wep costs 12. when you get it you will have 8.

yes, or else u would be able to buy unlimited amount of objects

u have to be pretty good at pvp to earn enough rp for higher things ;-) especially since the tournament house hasn't been working forever and u can no longer get em from HB.
